Anti-Racist Leadership

Since 2017, I have initiated the following projects and initiatives, intended to increase possibilities for anti-racist and intersectional feminist education in UK academia.

My work in this area includes founding scholar-activist collectives, collaborations with external partner organisations, building new governance structures to shape institutional policy and procedure, and specific policy development.

These achievements illustrate my entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving and impact on structural transformation across my institution and the sector.
